Yunnan Tin Gejiu Smelting Plant Technology Improvement Project, of which the design is undertaken by ENFI, is the first project in China using Ausmelt top-blown tin smelting technology to replace existing reverberatory furnace for tin smelting. The concentrate treating capacity is 50,000 t/a. The project was put into production in 2002.
ENFI undertook design for the China Tin Group Co., Ltd. Laibin Smelting Plant Crude Tin Smelting Modification Project. The existing reverberatory furnace for tin smelting is replaced by Ausmelt top-blown tin smelting technology. It is the second Ausmelt furnace in China's tin smelting industry, with tin calcine treating capacity of 35,000 t/a and crude tin output of about 20,000 t/a. The project includes Ausmelt furnace smelting system, waste heat boiler, smelting and dust collection, smelting fan room and circulating water system. It was put into production in 2013.
ENFI undertook design for Inner Mongolia Huanggang Tungsten-Tin Concentrate Separation Project with adoption of sodium carbonate pressure leaching process. The design tin concentrate treating capacity is 6,000 t/a, and man-made scheelite output is about 700 t/a. The project was put into production in 2013.
